Marie manages the daily operations of the company, particularly in its service lineup and business development. Marie also spends much time making business development decisions that keep WE PRO TEC, LLC at the top of its game.

In addition, she devotes much time to WE PRO TEC’s international growth and expansion. She also prepares the groundwork for WE PRO TEC’s expansion by helping ensure an established presence and a successful launch.

ANTHONY HINKSON WE PRO TEC, LLC PRESIDENT

Anthony is accountable for all projects performed, setting and executing a staffing strategy that ensures maximum efficiency and productivity.

Anthony oversees and provides guidance for both external and internal projects. He addresses any issues and resolves problems while maintaining sector and company integrity and maintaining and expanding client relationships.

With more than 20 years in Management, Anthony has been placed to assist with our international partnership located in Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies.

Our desire is for everyone to go home safe and healthy every day. WE PRO-TEC, LLC’s company safety and health program has complete and total management support of all stakeholders and employees.

Our rigorous safety checks make every effort to ensure the safety of our employees at all times and in all work environments. The responsibility for safety lies with every employee – from ownership to the latest professional hired. Safety is a cooperative effort of all employees.

Every employee has the responsibility and right to identify and eliminate hazards in the workplace. Our safety program must have total employee involvement and buy-in. Therefore, the WE PRO-TEC, LLC safety program has management’s highest priority, support, and participation.

We strongly believe that production is not so urgent that we cannot take time to do our work safely. Employees have the right to stop work if safety is in question.

Every contributing member of WE PRO-TEC, LLC – including Corporate Officers, Management, Sales & Estimating, and Installation Crew – are safety trained by a qualified 3rd-party organization. These certifications include: OSHA 10 or 30, Fall Protection, Lift Operator, and Lockout/Tagout. In addition, our Installation Crews hold Toolbox talks and Safety Meetings before every work shift – without exception.
